Position Summary

As a Facilities Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team responsible for painting and executing structural repairs on masonry, woodwork, and furnishings.
  • Ordering necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Evaluating completed tasks to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Communicating company policies to team members while enforcing safety protocols.
  • Modifying work procedures to align with production timelines.
  • Proposing initiatives to inspire team members in achieving operational objectives.
  • Collaborating with other departments to effectively address service requests or opportunities, utilizing our work order management system.

Essential Requirements
