Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Facility Manager, Valet Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering premier customer service to our clients, resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, and ensuring proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise valet attendant relations with clients to ensure that complaints, disagreements, or misunderstandings about rates or services are resolved diplomatically.
  • Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver superior customer service, and perform daily job functions.
  • Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
  • Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
  • Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
  • Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
  • Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor and review all damage claims, recommending and implementing plans or programs to improve the safety of operations and prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.
  • Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and motivate team members.
  • Possess a passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Have prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review.
  • Be able to react and problem-solve quickly.
  • Have experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and be able to learn internal computer programs.

Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
