Job Title: Sales Representative - Southwest Wisconsin Territory

Job Summary: Stine Seed Company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to cover the Southwest Wisconsin territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agronomy and sales techniques, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Stine seed products and services
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies
  • Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
