Job Title: Independent Sales Representative-Northeast Pennsylvania

Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Northeast Pennsylvania. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and growers in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services.
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and technical expertise.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values.
