Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle requests for mail, messages, and packages, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
