About the Role

We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Mooresville, NC. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for accurate enrollment and revenue collection across all PACE programs.

Responsibilities

  • Verify participant eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay programs, ensuring compliance with existing procedures.
  • Manage enrollment data and develop systems to meet PACE programmatic requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize enrollment strategies and ensure effective execution.
  • Research and document state-specific laws and processes related to enrollment and program services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management, or healthcare administration.
  • Mastery over Medicaid and Medicare eligibility and enrollment processes, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
