Medical Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Dental General Practice Residency Program.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage student rotations, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and enhance program quality through budget management, departmental coordination, and resident recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of day-to-day program operations, including student rotations and compliance with hospital policies
- Budget management and financial planning to ensure program sustainability
- Departmental coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Resident recruitment and onboarding processes to improve program quality
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or business
- At least three years of experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
