Recreation Therapist

**Job Summary:**

The Recreation Therapist at BoldAge PACE is responsible for coordinating and planning therapeutic and recreational activities for participants in the PACE program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy and a minimum of 2 years' experience working with seniors.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop individual and group recreation activities, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of the senior population.
• Conduct assessments of participants every 6 months to establish realistic goals and set up individualized recreation therapeutic programs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, participants, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Develop and implement activity programs, including group and individual activities, and supervise recreation aides and volunteers.
