Talent Acquisition Metrics Analyst

Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Metrics Analyst reporting to the Director of TA Programs and Operations, you will be instrumental in our People & Culture team, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our TA strategy. Your role will involve analyzing recruitment metrics, pinpointing trends and opportunities for enhancement, and developing automated, regular reports to boost operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for creating interactive dashboards within the ATS and generating advanced reports using Excel and PowerBI, ensuring these tools are user-friendly and accessible to stakeholders. Your contributions will directly support executive decision-making through comprehensive reports and presentations of critical recruitment metrics.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, necessitating collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing updates to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Management or Human Resource Information Systems.
- Prior experience in TA data analysis, with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (capable of writing advanced macros).
- Strong analytical and technical skills to interpret and enhance TA processes.
- Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking system.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in time-sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively present data findings and recommendations.
