Your Role
As a Sourcing and Procurement Analyst, you will be integral to our Procurement and Supply Chain team. Your expertise will help streamline procurement processes, ensuring the effective and economical acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand and fulfill their procurement requirements.
- Develop and execute category strategies that enhance value through risk management and cost efficiency.
- Align all sourcing activities with organizational objectives.
- Utilize Oracle NetSuite ERP for material procurement, optimizing inventory and ensuring consistent supply.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and assess potential suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and cultivate strategic partnerships.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives for process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records within Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Create analytical tools and reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Document processes to establish standardized operations within the department.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing context.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to foster effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain is highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
