Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the Western North Carolina region, including Charlotte, Greensboro, and Asheville. You will travel throughout the territory, utilizing our dynamic tools and technology to build relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our business in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including independent eye care professionals and optical offices
- Utilize our sales cycling app and other tools to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with our sales team to share best practices and drive sales excellence
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Proven sales experience in the eyewear industry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to regularly carry sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs
