We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Deployment Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team at GAF. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our email calendars targeting commercial audiences and the design of digital ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email strategies for commercial audiences, working closely with the email marketing team, integrated marketing team, and media team.
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing Managers to input approved emails into Workfront calendar for commercial audiences.
  • Own email development, collaborating with business owners, graphic designers, and copywriters on required content.
  • Provide suggestions for email campaigns, including content, messaging, and design templates to ensure impactful emails.
  • Ensure emails are deployed on time and to the correct segment by collaborating with the Email Automation Manager.
  • Work with internal ad designers on the development of digital ads (static and dynamic) to ensure ads have the correct images and copy, with 1-3 rounds of edits in the project plan, and are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of email or digital marketing experience
  • Superior project management and organizational skills to drive projects to on-time completion
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communicator who can clearly communicate actions and deadlines
  • Persistence to get the job done even if that means repeatedly following up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Knowledge of email measurements and best practices
  • Experience working with multiple agencies and creative files is a plus
  • Working knowledge of project management systems (ideally WorkFront)
  • Creative mindset with the ability and willingness to try new things
  • Accountability and a desire to evolve the team to find better ways to reach our audience
