Midea, a global leader in home appliances, seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and drive new traffic. The ideal candidate will lead paid brand performance advertising initiatives, social media, influencer, and SEO efforts, creating a vision and media strategy to build brand awareness while balancing the image of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
  • Manage digital channels, including website, email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Create and manage engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to communicate and maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar, coordinating digital marketing initiatives with e-commerce promotions, product launches, and sales events to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Ensure that the content and user experience on the website create a consistent user journey with offsite campaigns, working closely with the e-commerce team to optimize website content, navigation, and conversion funnels to enhance the user experience and drive desired actions.
  • Implement personalized marketing campaigns based on consumer insights derived from 1P data, utilizing segmentation strategies to deliver targeted messaging and offers to specific audience segments.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Analyze digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports and insights on performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase visibility, and drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engage audiences, and enhance brand presence across various social media platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically and optimizing spending to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, implementing innovative and creative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
