Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
