Front Desk Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Processes guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and check-out procedures.
  • Responds to guest inquiries and resolves any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manages guest room keys, including issuing and retrieving keys as needed.
  • Handles guest payments and billing, including processing credit card transactions and handling cash and other forms of payment.
  • Provides information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
