Job Title: Senior Director, Business Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director, Business Solutions to join our team at Inter Miami CF LLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business solutions to drive revenue growth and maximize the value of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Business Solutions: Design and implement business solutions to drive revenue growth and maximize the value of our partnerships.
  • Lead Commercial Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our commercial strategy, including the creation of business cases and proposals to support partnership opportunities.
  • Manage Partnerships: Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, including sponsorship and marketing partners.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and Manage Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for commercial initiatives and partnerships.
  • Lead a Team: Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in commercial strategy, sponsorship sales and strategy, market research and consumer insights, revenue strategy, business intelligence and analytics.
  • Skills: Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. Strong analytical background with business acumen and heavy experience in business and analytical consulting.
