  • Work closely with production teams and management to align on production schedules and specific job requirements.
  • Assist management in setting goals for printing services, sales, and marketing by understanding client needs and overseeing the printing process to enhance client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of four years of experience in printing, estimating, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.

Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the role is required.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Graphic Communications or Printing Industry.
  • Professional communication skills with the public.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service and sales.
  • Familiarity with postal specifications and mailing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM or MIS systems is advantageous.
