Job Summary

The Business Support Analyst will assist in managing a broad variety of departmental operations and administrative activities, including staff management, departmental events, special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and produce applicable metrics and key performance indicators
  • Create and produce regular compliance reports to hold the division accountable for meeting defined targets
  • Source, coordinate, and manage all off-site and special events
  • Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations
  • Provide overall administrative support for Executive leaders, including meeting management, expense reports, travel, mail, space planning, and coordinating moves
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Human Resources and Administrative experience preferred
  • Financial Services and mortgage industry experience preferred
