Service Desk Analyst I

Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our internal customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line support to internal customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Triage and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and personal technology systems
  • Utilize advanced remote support tools to speed support to the Gemba with minimal delay
  • Create and maintain documentation related to work tasks, resolutions, and standard practices
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and lead continuous improvement lifecycle for one or more systems
  • Train internal customers on computer, phone, mobile, and conference room technology
  • Participate in project teams and execute smaller single resource or vendor executed projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience supporting Windows in a Business Environment
  • Understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management framework
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience with and ability to administer and troubleshoot Windows 10, Active Directory, Network Connectivity, Printers, Software Installation, PC Hardware, and related peripherals and drivers
