We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Pennymac. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the division head and direct reports in achieving our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the division head and direct reports, including staff management, departmental events, special projects, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Compliance Reporting: Create and produce regular compliance reports to hold the division accountable for meeting defined targets.
- Event Management: Source, coordinate, and manage all off-site and special events.
- Client Support: Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations.
- Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support for Executive leaders, including meeting management, expense reports, travel, mail, space planning, and coordinating moves.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Human Resources and Administrative roles.
- Skills: Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of financial services and mortgage industry concepts.
