Customer Service Advisor

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service, ensuring customers get all the help they need on their journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with U-Haul products and services.
- Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
- Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot.
- Answering questions and educating customers about products and services.
- Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental.
- Installing hitches and trailer wiring.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills.
