KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, which may involve addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-kept and fully equipped to meet customer demands and promote relevant offerings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exceptional communication abilities in both Spanish and English, encompassing written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Capable of succeeding in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.
