Single Family Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and follow directions from the Director of Property Management.
  • Determine rental amounts, deposits, and fees, and direct marketing and advertising for properties.
  • Prepare or prompt preparation of rental agreements or renewals and collect specified rents, deposits, and fees.
  • Direct functions for upkeep and maintenance costs, arranging alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning as necessary.
  • Manage turnover work to ensure vendors meet rent-ready deadlines and provide updates to the owner and marketing.
  • Follow legal guidelines and procedures, including assistance with tenant evictions as needed.
  • Report on occupancy rates, lease expirations, and provide financial reporting.
  • Provide clients with regular marketing activity reports, results, and feedback to improve market positioning.
  • Assist with acquiring new Single Family rental accounts for management.
