About the Role

This position is part of our comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products. You will participate in a structured curriculum, engage in hands-on projects, and receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners and clients
  • Participate in goal-setting sessions, progress evaluation meetings, and classroom discussions
  • Demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A high level of self-motivation and results orientation
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period
  • Hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Access to reliable transportation

  • An hourly wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days
  • Promotion to a Financial Representative with a salary range of $36,000 annual base plus monthly sales incentive opportunities after successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements
  • An education-based Accelerator Program designed to transition you into an independent Financial Advisor
  • Benefits and perks, including 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in a given year, including 2 floating holidays

Location and Salary

This position is based in Austin, Texas, and we estimate the salary to be around $48,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
