Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Representative Trainees. As a member of our team, you will embark on a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.

Program Highlights

  • Ongoing support and guidance from experienced mentors

You will participate in classroom discussions, goal-setting sessions, and progress evaluation meetings. You will also demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of motivation and self-drive
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the work period

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and marketing practices, as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
