Educo Solutions is a rapidly expanding business development company looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Trainee to join our team.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to assist in establishing Educo's presence in the Austin market and delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a key role in maximizing sales opportunities and company revenue through compelling product demonstrations and strategic planning.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for business development and sales. A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. We provide full training to our Business Development Trainees to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales opportunities by delivering effective product demonstrations to customers and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Master new skills to train and mentor new Business Development Trainees, ensuring their smooth onboarding and growth within the company.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process by providing top-notch service and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Draft, manage, and organize confidential client information while safeguarding sensitive data.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by employing effective strategies, leveraging market insights, and demonstrating strong performance and dedication.
Requirements
  • A college degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of business operations and the sales cycle is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to contribute to company success.
  • Strong public speaking skills and the ability to confidently communicate.
  • The ability to travel and meet with both customers and clients.
