Job Overview

MEDIKO INC is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, as well as employer-paid life insurance and disability coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient data to determine proper therapeutic approach or referral to other specialists
  • Provide crisis management and short-term solution-focused therapy to patients as needed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and appropriate interventions

Requirements

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • Current active and unencumbered State License
  • CPR/BLS certification
