Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our vibrant and goal-oriented team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized Behavior Analysis Support Plans (BASPs), collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with the team to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement BASPs precisely as instructed, ensuring that client needs are met and program objectives are achieved.">
  • Collect and analyze data during sessions to inform program adjustments and monitor client progress.">
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve client goals.">
  • Attend regular training and supervision meetings to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.">
  • Completion of 40 hours of training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from an approved provider.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately collect data during client sessions.">
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.">
