Job Description:

The Clinical Quality Manager for Behavioral Health Providers will lead provider engagement, focusing on leveraging data to improve value delivered to members. This role requires building relationships with providers, ensuring measurable improvements in clinical and quality outcomes. The manager will work closely with internal departments to ensure high-quality care and achievement of company performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, including at least 5 years in a behavioral health setting. A current, valid license such as RN, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist is required.

This position involves traveling to worksites and other locations as necessary. Managed care experience is preferred. The Clinical Quality Manager will also be responsible for creating and maintaining linkages between providers and community-based services to improve transitions of care and continuity of services.
