Job Overview:

Soliant Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services for K-12 students in a school setting near Norfolk, VA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time onsite position with guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services. The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavioral support to students and working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement instructional programs
  • Analyze data to inform instructional decisions

Requirements:

A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist is required. Previous school experience is preferred but not required.
