The IT Support Coordinator at Aramark Sports & Entertainment plays a crucial role in delivering daily and event-specific IT assistance for a variety of systems, including Point of Sale (POS), administrative functions, and network infrastructure. This part-time, seasonal role involves close collaboration with the IT Lead to ensure all technological requirements are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and uphold POS systems during events
  • Communicate software-related issues to appropriate stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional IT services
  • Work in partnership with the onsite IT Lead
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and innovations
  • Address IT incidents and challenges
  • Act as a representative of the IT department to onsite management
  • Assist with physical tasks as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing or holding an associate degree in information technology or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with IT systems, especially POS systems
  • Experience in a concessions or stadium setting is advantageous
  • Proficient in troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Adaptability to event-driven schedules
