The IT Support Coordinator at Aramark Sports & Entertainment plays a crucial role in delivering daily and event-specific IT assistance for a variety of systems, including Point of Sale (POS), administrative functions, and network infrastructure. This part-time, seasonal role involves close collaboration with the IT Lead to ensure all technological requirements are effectively addressed.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage and uphold POS systems during events
- Communicate software-related issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Provide exceptional IT services
- Work in partnership with the onsite IT Lead
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends and innovations
- Address IT incidents and challenges
- Act as a representative of the IT department to onsite management
- Assist with physical tasks as necessary
- Pursuing or holding an associate degree in information technology or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with IT systems, especially POS systems
- Experience in a concessions or stadium setting is advantageous
- Proficient in troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Adaptability to event-driven schedules
