Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Montessori Guide to lead our Toddler classroom at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Montessori principles and meet the needs of our students
  • Lead a team of Montessori Guides and support their professional development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in Montessori education
Requirements
  • Montessori Diploma/Certificate for the 0-3 age group
  • Experience working with children in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, or nursery
  • Strong understanding of Montessori principles and methods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
