- Key Responsibilities:

- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, sharing children's progress and achievements through regular communication.
- Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment that prioritizes children's learning and well-being.
Requirements:
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- An associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
- A genuine passion for the education and care of young children.
