Telecommunications Project Supervisor

As a Field Supervisor with TelCom Construction, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership and guidance to our Foremen and crew members, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical guidance and support to Foremen and crew members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on construction sites
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading construction projects and teams
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
