Account Coordinator Role
300Brand is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Account Coordinator to support impactful marketing and event initiatives. As a key contributor to our mission of empowering IT leaders, you will play a role in creating engaging experiences that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the 300Brand team in managing client accounts, including digital marketing and events.
- Coordinate and support all aspects of digital marketing programs, including demand generation campaigns, web copy, marketing copy, and social media copy.
- Manage deliverables for programs from start to finish with instruction and support from senior team members.
- Account administration, as needed, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Coordinate and support all aspects of in-person events and webinars, including developing marketing content, managing registrations, managing sponsor deliverables, assisting with event logistics, securing and preparing speakers, and developing program and promotional materials.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree; Marketing, PR, or Communications preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading for clarity and consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure and facilitate organization of project details, track and follow through on personal deadlines.
- High energy and positive attitude, with ability to utilize technology, including computers, marketing software, and telecommunication devices.
