As a key member of our sales center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. Your duties will include answering and screening telephone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and operating a forklift to support daily operations. You will also be responsible for processing paperwork, assisting with vendor and customer vehicle loading and unloading, and maintaining a working knowledge of PC software and related applications. A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the door industry, is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Answer and screen telephone calls
  • Resolve customer inquiries
