Job Summary

We're looking for an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented Experiential Event Strategist to produce all events for our brands, including monthly influencer gatherings, large-scale activations like the Super Bowl and NBA All-Star, and national and international B2B events. This role requires creative problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while being a team player.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative and engaging event concepts that align with the KPIs of each event from both the brand and advertiser perspective
  2. Create event design and vision in alignment with the brand aesthetic, including budget estimations for advertiser events and activations during the pitch phase
  3. Research and contract venues, vendors, restaurants, premiums, talent, and new event technology for potential event use, including conducting venue site checks and creating floor plans
  4. Build comprehensive event decks with all relevant event information to present to internal teams and external clients, including event documents like shot lists, run of show, and deliverables lists
  5. Manage event talent relations, build and track event budgets, and perform post-event reconciliation, including submitting and tracking invoices and payments
  6. Collaborate with account management teams on sponsor communication and approvals during the event planning phase and work with internal teams to develop creative needs, talent and press needs, and manage production companies for larger events
  7. Manage the RSVP process from design to day-of staffing and create Event Wrap Up decks, case studies, and one-sheets
Qualifications
  • Requires a solid track record of event management and/or digital media experience
  • Extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask, thrives under pressure, creative problem-solving, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work autonomously to execute events while being a team player across the organization
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when needed
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with executives and VIPs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Pulse on experiential marketing and event trends
  • Strong vendor/venue knowledge and relationships in key US markets

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 USD per year, based on skills, experience, and location. This role also offers a range of benefits, including employer-sponsored 401k with match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, caregiver leave, and health and wellness benefits.
