About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategist and Advisor to join our Coaching Team at the SMB Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold monthly client accountability calls to ensure clients are on track to meet their goals.
  • Maintain and enforce program standards and frameworks to guarantee client success.
  • Execute new program initiatives as they develop, staying ahead of the curve in our fast-paced industry.
  • Identify client struggles and offer solutions and services to assist, including marketing and virtual assistant services.
  • Assist with planning and participating in weekly coaching calls and events, including group coaching calls, client masterminds, and workshops.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of business experience, with a proven track record of business growth and team management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in the Google Suite and able to manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think quickly on your feet to adapt to client situations or changes in the company.
  • Proactive and resourceful in all aspects of the role, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
