Job Title: Mobile QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile QA Engineer to join our team at InterSources Inc. As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies for our digital campaigns, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop testing scripts for new and existing campaigns in an agile environment, leveraging Adobe Target to support multi-channel campaigns.
  • Build, maintain, and update the campaign testing strategy, including running manual tests and advising on the automation framework.
  • Support testing of campaigns in all phases of its life cycle, from design to launch.
  • Collaborate with the digital merchandising team to achieve desired quality levels in campaign launch.
  • Identify bugs and quality issues, and participate in functioning processes and testing of products.
  • Work closely with the digital merchandising and product development team members to understand campaign business requirements and create and execute test plans and scripts that accurately and reliably assess campaign quality.
  • Analyze test results and report defects, following best practices as defined by the team.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks to verify the functionality and reliability of digital campaigns.
  • Be knowledgeable in the campaign features for which the team is responsible, and understand quality assurance measures and follow established standards in applying them.
  • Communicate test progress, test results, and quality of application changes.
  • Assist in test environment and test data setup and management.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of relevant technology to deliver robust test suites, including web technologies, REST APIs, web services, physical devices, Java, XML, JS, CSS, and HTML.
  • Use creativity and initiative to improve campaign test reliability, coverage, and accuracy.
  • Assist in setting best practice quality procedures.
  • Reviews and edits campaign/offer testing documentation.
  • Establishes the flow of work within the quality area, including final reviews and launch.
  • Provides leadership and support to quality calls.
