Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the impact research team to identify, analyze, and recommend impact investments that align with our clients' goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of manager and vehicle research to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop and implement impact reporting for chosen investment vehicles in client portfolios and firm-wide reports.
  • Communicate effectively with professional contacts, including investment managers and industry experts, to gather insights and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Prepare written research reports and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze the impact of macroeconomic trends and events on investment industries and client portfolios.

  • Provide research support in other asset classes as needed.
  • Contribute to other impact investing initiatives at the firm.

Requirements
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • A passion for making investments that contribute to positive social and environmental outcomes.
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively, anticipating problems and suggesting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a quantitative science.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • CFA designation or progress towards CFA designation.
