Job Description

Adams Limitless Inc is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our product lines in the State of Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site surveys and provide quotations to customers based on their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless order processing and project management.
  • Problem-solve shipping, credit, and logistics issues to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Utilize web-based tools to track construction projects and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Perform market research and analysis to inform new product development and improve sales performance.
  • Update customer and prospect databases with outreach activities and new contacts.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific niche markets in your territory.
  • Identify indirect sales opportunities and potential markets to drive sales growth.
  • Take the lead on follow-up activities with prospects and leads generated by company advertising, referrals, and telephone communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations for all product lines.
  • Perform other specific tasks as requested by the President, General Sales Manager, or other company directors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Preferably degree educated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive mindset to recognize direct and indirect opportunities for lead generation and sales.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Willingness to climb ladders on commercial buildings to complete building safety consultations.

Individual Characteristics:

As the Outside Regional Sales Manager, you must be personally driven to hunt for business opportunities and exceed monthly sales targets. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to problem-solve and take ownership of your work and responsibilities. You are part of the team, have access to support when needed, but will be most successful when you manage your time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities within the business.
