About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist I, CPT to join our team at Abbott. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide technical clinical expertise and support to colleagues, current customers, and potential customers in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, clinical, and programming assistance to Territory Managers and customers.
  • Assist in after-hours call support and activities.
  • Integrate into all accounts, build trust and relationships, and establish strong rapport with customers.
  • Work seamlessly with Territory Manager(s) to increase selling time.
  • Foster high trust relationships with customers, including regional team members.
  • Conduct PCP work and educational in-services, as directed.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or technical certification; preferred Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years' work experience, strong preference collaborating with patients in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to communicate, understand, and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization.
