About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at I Am Boundless, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral support services, including behavior assessment, skill building, and behavior reduction procedures.
  • Oversee clients' behavioral strategies, documentation, and provide ongoing training, monitoring, and support to Behavior Technicians, Direct Support Professionals, and guardians.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders.
  • Minimum of 6 months working with the board of developmental disabilities as a behavior specialist.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
