Position Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide essential assistance to engineering teams across various technical projects. Your role will involve:

Data Management
- Collecting, organizing, and formatting technical information, including laboratory results and design modifications.
- Compiling and processing engineering data to support project requirements.

Documentation Production
- Creating comprehensive engineering documents, including reports, diagrams, and schematics.
- Preparing detailed test and evaluation reports for project assessments.

Project Coordination
- Submitting final acceptance documentation to management for review and approval.
- Updating project management tools with the latest status from engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking of contract deliverables.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; no Bachelor's Degree necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with JIRA software for project tracking.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic experience in data entry and computer operations.
