In this role, you will be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying electronic equipment at customer locations. You will also troubleshoot malfunctions, analyze product performance, and generate technical documentation.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of electronic equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers to provide technical support.
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and schematics.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in electronics or related field preferred.
