The Registered Nurse or Per Diem Days will provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient's experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct high-quality and patient-focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control.
- Coordinate patient care based on the nursing process, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and individualized care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience: None required
- Required Certification/Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida, American Heart Association BLS certification, and ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation for Telemetry and higher acuity units.
