Job Description

**About the Role**

Focusing on driving revenue growth, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at FOCUSKPI INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop new business relationships, identify potential clients, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, answer questions about our solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Market Research: Identify promising industries and verticals to drive increased revenue growth.
  • Value Proposition: Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients, assess buying interest, and negotiate deals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pipeline development or sales at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • MUST have sales experience on implementation services of our solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience working with Salesforce products or CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Sales experience selling solutions on the Salesforce platform is a strong plus.
  • History of meeting and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a relentless, driven mindset.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and contribute to building processes and tools.
  • Ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of Salesforce and our solutions.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
