We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Head Sommelier to join our team at Bouchon Bistro - Coral Gables. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of wine, with a strong understanding of wine pairing and service techniques. You will be responsible for managing our wine list, selecting wine offerings, and ensuring that our wine service is consistently exceptional.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our wine list, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with our culinary offerings
  • Select and purchase wine offerings, working closely with our wine team to ensure that our inventory is well-stocked and of the highest quality
  • Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
  • Work closely with our culinary team to develop wine pairing recommendations and ensure that our wine service is consistently exceptional
  • Manage and maintain our wine cellar, ensuring that it is well-organized and easily accessible
