Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product compliance with established standards at various stages of production.
  • Verify that each unit meets the specifications outlined in product documentation.
  • Identify components and their correct placement within the assembly.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of each unit for quality issues according to documented best practices.
  • Record data for each unit in the tracking database.
  • Complete additional assigned tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer and mathematical skills.

Basic Expectations:

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Safely operate power industrial trucks and aerial work platforms.
  • Maintain a valid power industrial truck certification.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the manufacturing process.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, addressing any unsafe conditions with a supervisor.
  • Complete all necessary records and reports accurately and promptly.
  • Continuously seek improvements in material processes, product quality, and workplace safety.
