Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product compliance with established standards at various stages of production.
- Verify that each unit meets the specifications outlined in product documentation.
- Identify components and their correct placement within the assembly.
- Conduct thorough inspections of each unit for quality issues according to documented best practices.
- Record data for each unit in the tracking database.
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer and mathematical skills.
Basic Expectations:
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
- Safely operate power industrial trucks and aerial work platforms.
- Maintain a valid power industrial truck certification.
- Willingness to learn and understand the manufacturing process.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, addressing any unsafe conditions with a supervisor.
- Complete all necessary records and reports accurately and promptly.
- Continuously seek improvements in material processes, product quality, and workplace safety.
