Position Overview:


As a Cloud Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to customers and partners utilizing diverse instructional methodologies. This includes both in-person and virtual learning environments, as well as hands-on labs.


Key Responsibilities:


• Facilitate training sessions for clients and partners through various instructional methods, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.


• Lead technical initiatives and promote early adoption of innovative Alibaba Cloud solutions, fostering successful outcomes through workshops and training sessions.


• Cultivate enduring relationships with key technical stakeholders to enhance market demand for our offerings.


• Provide training services that align with our strategic objectives, mission, and technological advancements, integrating these with our sales and business development practices.


• Collaborate with essential vendors and internal teams to create and deliver precise and impactful training materials.


• Support the establishment of a structured Train-the-Trainer program to empower local trainers.


Qualifications:


• A minimum of five years of experience in a Cloud Trainer capacity.


• Profound knowledge of digital transformation drivers, cloud ecosystems, and emerging technology trends, along with their implications for partner opportunities.


• Experience in operating or managing private or hybrid cloud services is advantageous.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate and resolve intricate business and technical challenges.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills; prior experience in public speaking or training is a plus.


• A proactive problem-solving approach, utilizing both internal and external resources for conflict resolution and partner engagement.


• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.


Technical Skills:


• Professional-level expertise in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).


Preferred Qualifications:


• Possession of the ACP (Alibaba Cloud Certification Professional) certification is highly regarded.
